Questions agencies ask us.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We sign an NDA before you share client details, work under your brand, and never contact your clients directly unless you ask us to. We don't list white-label work in our portfolio.
Who owns the code?
You do. All code and deliverables we produce for a project are transferred to you (or your client) and live in your repositories.
How do we communicate day to day?
In your tools: Slack or Teams for conversation, Jira or your tracker of choice for tasks, and your Git hosting for code. You get a single senior point of contact.
How do you handle QA?
Work is reviewed and tested before hand-off, across browsers and devices relevant to the project. We follow your QA process and staging setup if you have one.
Do you support projects after launch?
Yes. We can stay on for bug fixes, updates and ongoing maintenance, either per request or as part of a monthly retainer.
