The challenge
Where they started
Just Oats makes a single-ingredient oat milk and coffee creamer: just 20g of oats in each sachet, with no seed oils or emulsifiers, that keeps for 15 months without refrigeration. As a new direct-to-consumer brand in the UAE, it needed a store that explains an unfamiliar product quickly, matches its playful, warm branding, encourages larger orders, and connects to the marketing tools that drive repeat sales.
Goals
- Explain a new product in seconds
- Encourage bigger, repeat orders
- Connect sales to marketing and ads
Our solution
What we built
We built the store on WordPress and WooCommerce with Elementor and the Blocksy theme, customised through a child theme in Just Oats' warm brown and cream palette. A hero slider leads with the brand's promise, followed by how-to-use steps, storage tips and an FAQ that answers the obvious questions. The shop sells 1 to 4-box bundles with the price per box dropping as the bundle grows, and every page highlights free next-day delivery. Customers can sign in with Google or Facebook, while Mailchimp, Meta Pixel and Google Site Kit connect the store to email marketing, ads and analytics.
