The challenge
Where they started
Velocity MEA is a Dubai-headquartered freight forwarder offering ocean, air and land freight, customs clearance, and warehousing and distribution. They needed a website that explains a broad, technical service range in plain language, earns the trust of importers and exporters shipping across the region, and turns that interest into enquiries their team can act on quickly.
Goals
- Present five service lines clearly
- Turn visitors into quote requests
- Build trust with international shippers
Our solution
What we built
We built the site on WordPress and Elementor, using a logistics-focused theme customised through a child theme, so the layouts and branding are tailored to Velocity MEA while theme updates stay safe. A mega menu keeps more than a dozen pages easy to navigate, each service is explained on its own, and calls to action throughout lead to dedicated request-a-quote and shipment-tracking forms protected with reCAPTCHA. With Elementor, the team can edit pages and publish news on their own.
Service showcase
Ocean (FCL & LCL), air, land (FTL & LTL), customs clearance, and warehousing & distribution, each clearly explained.
Request-a-quote form
Visitors pick a service and send their details from a dedicated quote page and from the home page.

Customers submit a tracking number and contact details to get a status update from the team.
